Honor the Earth Fair featured on Mashpee TV

Native Land Conservancy partnered with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, Natural Resources Department, to hold the 3rd Annual Honor the Earth Fair on the 18th of April. There were more than 50 vendors and exhibitors including conservation and environmental organizations and traditional Indigenous artisans, activities for children and the annual Taste of the Earth cooking contest. Mashpee TV captured the sights and sounds of the day in this video published on YouTube. Enjoy!

TNC podcast, Nature is the Solution, to feature NLC.

NLC will be featured in a nine-part series titled “Nature as a Solution” produced by The Nature Conservancy. We welcomed WBUR Senior Podcast Producer, Jay Feinstein to record our episode, “Caring for the Land & Indigenous Perspectives” last Fall. It is scheduled to air on March 31. Climate voices Documentary

Climate Voices is a 60 minute documentary film produced for the Native Land Conservancy by Leslie Jonas, an Indigenous land and water conservationist and NLC Treasurer. An Eel Clan Elder of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, Leslie has been a passionate defender of the Rights of Nature and has collected critical voices on climate change from Indigenous and scientific perspectives in this very important film that addresses how we got here and what we can do to endure in a new age of climate resilience.
