This cooking challenge sponsored by our friends at WCAI takes place during the annual Honor the Earth Fair held at the Mashpee Wampanoag Community Center. Novice foodies to local chefs are invited to enter a dish prepared entirely from plant-based foods. All dishes will be judged by attendees to the fair who purchase tasting tickets and cast their votes for the most delicious recipes. First prize is a hand coiled traditional clay pot made by our Native Land Conservancy founder, Ramona Peters.
